Before starting NurseShifts, in Atlanta, Georgia and companion company, StaffHealth, Will Goldstein had success with various other healthcare staffing companies. He was previously CEO of PhysicianJobs.com.In 1992, Will founded Nationwide Medical Services in Norfolk, VA. This agency would quickly grow faster than any firm in the medical staffing industry. During its first six years of operations, Nationwide’s earnings increased 300% per year. This enabled Nationwide to open more locations in key places. Nationwide consolidated with industry leader Jackson & Coker, in 1997, to become J&C Nationwide, the best known name in the industry. Will Goldstein continued to head the company, until he sold it in 2004. During that time, over 165,000 physicians and healthcare professionals used J&C Nationwide for its services.

Then subject to a five year non compete clause, he would enter a new industry with RCG Companies, the publicly traded company that would subsequently become OneTravel Holdings OneTravel Holdings would become one of the leading leisure tour and travel operators in the United States, with brands such as SunTrips and 1800CHEAPSEATS.

William Goldstein graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He is an entrepreneur who has been responsible for the development of many companies.Mr. Goldstein began his successful career as an entrepreneur in 1987by acquiring a locksmith and security store with a single location in Norfolk, Virginia. He grew that business to four locations and more than 20 mobile units, before selling the company, in 1992. Since then, he has been involved in healthcare and technology companies.
